Dining experience left us disappointed

The staff was cute, and the hotel had great ski-in/ski-out access. Kids loved the outdoor activities available.

The dining options for kids were limited, and they faced the same meals every day. This was a major letdown, especially when we were looking forward to diverse Italian cuisine.

Expect warm hospitality and amazing mountain views at this resort! Our family enjoyed 7 nights in a Double Room with Mountain View, where the ski-in/ski-out access was lovely. Staff were attentive and ensured every meal catered to our needs, especially for our son with allergies. Fantastic experience overall!

The spa was wonderful! And the staff's attentiveness. We also loved the comfortable outdoor pool area that was perfect.

Take the time to relax in the outdoor infinity pool. The mountain views at sunset are lovely and provide an amazing experience after a day of activities.

The view was indeed amazing, but when I asked for a table with a view I was shoved to the back like I was some second-class guest. I almost had a good experience, but having the worst children's menu for my kid is unforgiveable. Plus, I expected complimentary chocolates for all that trouble. Just shameful, really.

The majestic mountain views and really good outdoor infinity pool enhanced our family's stay while we enjoyed good gourmet dinners that made each evening special.

We enjoyed the fine mountain vistas while lounging at the hotel's inviting pool. With ski-in/ski-out access, our family had the best time hitting the slopes. The attentive staff made sure we had everything we needed, including pet-friendly amenities for our beloved dog.

My wife says that the kids wished for more variety in the meal options.

The staff was super accommodating, we had everything we needed for our stay. Enjoyed sledding and snowboarding nearby, and the health club was a great way to relax after a long day. Breakfast and dinner were delicious, and the cozy atmosphere. Definitely recommend this place for a fun group getaway!

One night, the heating in our room wasn't working properly, a bit chilly until maintenance could come in. Thankfully, it got sorted out relatively quickly.

We had a luxurious and exclusive stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the exceptional service made us feel welcomed. the Spa & wellness centre had everything we needed - indoor swimming pool, sauna, steam room and treatment room. the back massage was superb and left us feeling relaxed. the outdoor swimming pool and sun terrace offered magnificent views and a calm atmosphere.

The television in the leisure/ TV room was a bit small and the remote control was not working properly. Nonetheless, it did not affect our relaxing stay at this hotel, and we still enjoyed the seasonal outdoor pool while sipping our cocktails at the bar/lounge area.

We recently enjoyed a delightful couples getaway in the stunning Dolomites. the hotel's location was perfect, situated near hiking trails and providing scenic views of the mountains. Our room was spacious, modern and equipped with all the necessary amenities. the staff was extremely friendly, providing exceptional service throughout our stay. We were pleasantly surprised by the variety and quality of the breakfast, which left us feeling satisfied for the day ahead. the wellness facilities were a great way to unwind after a long day of sightseeing and hiking.

The dinner buffet was slightly overpriced.

WiFi password uses personal data, limiting privacy. Pool closes too early and the dinner buffet is too expensive.
